At the Yale Young Global Scholars program—in the Literature, Culture, and Philosophy track—my group and I decided to combine our talents and create a short film for the capstone project. I was tasked with scoring the film and wrote over 10 minutes of music on a problem-prone laptop with limited resources. Our film ran into various production problems and was converted into a silent film, relying on music, expression, and speech blurbs to convey emotions.
